Then the Megagym is the perfect place for you to re-energize in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere as you work out, catch up with friends and enjoy our facilities. The Megagym is a newly refurbished gym with a full suite of clean, quality training equipment including:

The Megagym has fully qualified Sport Instructors who can work with you to create a personal fitness program, tailor made for you.

If you are fed up with feeling pale and pasty why not make the most of the Megagym’s high quality stand up tanning unit? It’s your chance to look fit and healthy all year long and to lift your grey days in minutes with a burst of UV sunshine.
Price: £1 for 3 minutes
Megagym Fitness Classes
Boost your fitness with Megagym exercise classes and add variety to your weekly workout routine. Our weekly classes are given by our fully qualified gym instructor and adapted to your own personal requirements and level of fitness. So why not come along and get motivated to stay in shape by working out with others.
Monday 5:00pm-6:00pm: Fitness Class – Give your heart the boost it needs to stay fit for longer and tone up those muscles at the same time with a variety of exercises designed to keep you in shape. Go at your own pace with a range of manageable and varied work outs and have fun doing it!
Wednesday 5:00pm-6:00pm: Boxercise – Fun exercises with the box for those who want to keep their heart healthy and their body active. Time to step it up and get your bounce back.
